Instructions for presenters

(to be amended as necessary)

  • The total time allotted to each speaker is 15 minutes. You should plan to speak for 12 minutes and leave 3 minutes for questions.
  • PPTX format is recommended; you may include other content type but please inform us in advance.
  • A fixed and pre-connected conference PC will be used for presentations.
  • Presenters are kindly requested to get ready at least 10 minutes before their session begins to verify their presentation availability with the session chair.
