Registration

Registration for the conference includes attendance of technical sessions and invited lectures, presentation of one paper (each additional paper should either be presented by another paying author, or a supplement for its presentation by the same author should be paid), conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, conference dinner, cultural visit, transport to and from venues and delegate pack.

The fee may be paid either by card or by bank transfer.

Authors must register and present their papers at the conference. Failure to pay correct conference fee will exclude the paper from the conference proceedings. Registration for the Accompanying person includes welcome drink, lunches, conference dinner, cultural visit and transport to and from venues.

Participants without papers submitted wanting to attend the conference by paying the registration fees please email.

Please note that the optional post-conference trip is not included in the conference fee. The trip will happen with a minimum of 20 participants (full refund if needed).

Please note that student registration must be accompanied by a signed letter from the Head of Department/School/Institute confirming full-time student status.

Acceptance of IEEE policies and event terms and conditions is a requirement to register for the conference.
